• Delivery across Ukraine

  Orders across Ukraine are delivered by Nova Poshta company.

  During war state, goods are sent in 2-4 business days after receipt of the payment by the store.

  Delivery costs is payed by the recipient, according to the carrier`s tariffs.

  International orders: 

  All international orders will be shipped by Ukrposhta service and DHL Express. 

  Standard delivery - $30 (10-20 business days)

  Express delivery - $60 (5-10 business days)

Return / exchange procedure

1. In Ukraine, the exchange or return of goods is possible through the services of "Nova Poshta" at the expense of the client or courier service.

Refund

1. After receiving the return and confirming that the requirements for the returned goods are met, we will refund the money.

2. Refunds are made in the same way you paid for the order.

3. Please note that when paying by bank card, the refund period depends on the policy of the institution that issued the card.
